Department Activities
EESA (Electrical Engineering Students Association)
» Considering the stress and demand enforced by today’s competitive and globalize world; department has developed one of the best co-curricular planning and implementation programme to groom our students into multidimensional personalities.
» This efforts of us have made it possible that this year about 100 students have participated in most of the competitive and celebrated events in and around Pune and have claimed about 21 prizes at national, international and various levels! Engineering education has already progressed by leaps and bounds.
» Also to familiarize our students with latest trends in the field and to aid the theory knowledge gained by them several activities like 8 industrial visits, 4 expert lectures, 6 workshops have been arranged this year.

Curriculum
Teaching learning processes of the department is unique. Excellent planning for teaching subjects to achieve 100% results is done by faculty members. By implementing innovative technologies in teaching methodology and utilizing ultra modern teaching aids for conduction of lectures and practical, 100% coverage of syllabus is achieved . Students attendance and performance monitoring are continuously monitored. Emphasis is being given on character building and to explore self learning and life long skills of students by imparting value base education. Focus is given on fostering talents of each student to build multidimensional personalities through area wise counselling. Students are not only trained to acquire quality and quantity results but also to take up the challenges of globalize world!
Co-Curricular
Considering the stress and demand enforced by today’s competitive world Department has developed one of the best curricular planning and implementation programme to ensure overall development of student. Extra curricular activities in almost all areas are being arranged to mould our students into multidimensional personalities.
Departmental Activities:
Consultancy / Sponsorship and Revenue Generation:
Sponsorship has been received from Maharashtra Energy Development Agencies (MEDA) for Renewable Energy Club of department.
One month PLC training course has been conducted by SNK associate.
Industry Institute Interaction:
Renewable Energy Club is formed with the sponsorship received from Maharashtra Energy Development Agencies (MEDA).&Ministry of Non conventional Energy Sources(MNES) .
Wind workshop has been conducted by international business department, Suzlon Energy Ltd. with 10 team members.
In association with SNK Associates on month PLC training course for all students of institute has been conducted.
Department has close interaction with Solar Energy Consultant, Energy Audit and Energy management organisation like Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Industrial Visits:
This year Department of Electrical Engg. Has organized total 08 industrial visits to various industrial establishments including Power Stations, Receiving Stations, Sub-stations, Manufacturing Industries, Training Centres etc.
