The department of Electronics was established in 1999 with intake capacity of 40 students. The first batch was passed out in August 2003.

The faculty have been approved by students and latter have been received by the department. The department has well equiped 5 laboratories viz Digital & Microcontroller, Power Electronics, Electronic Circiut lab, Communication Lab and Electronic Measurement Lab. The equipments worth Rs 45 lacks like Spectrum Analyzer, Powerscope, AM/FM Generator, Arbitrary waveform Generator, Storage Oscilloscope, Distortion Analyzer etc. All the laboratories are located on the same floor.

We have separate departmental library where the students can access extra books other than the main college library. Various activities like ELEXSA, Indusrial visits, expert lectures etc are carried out by the department. For the last most of the batches B. E. result is 100%.

Our students have been placed in various companies like Sintel, Tata Infotech, MBT through campus interviews. Many students have gone for higher studies ME, MBA, MS etc. in India and abroad. Other students are working in various well known companies in hardware as well as software fields.
